Introduced during Wildwood Boys set as an instrumental written by Garcia. Therefore not to be confused with the Jerry's Breakdown written by Jerry Reed.

Nor to be confused with Jerry's Breakdown played by Old & In The Way and released on Breakdown (1997). This perhaps developed from the version played by the Wildwood Boys but is not the same.
